As you can see from my reviews-I take cleanliness very seriously under 'normal' circumstances. For your piece of mind, during this Covid-19 pandemic, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize frequently touched surfaces between reservations. We have always done so before, but we continue to wash all linens including duvet covers, shams, etc after every guest checkout, for your piece of mind. We have also provided cleaning solutions and sanitizing cleaners for an added layer of piece of mind. Finally, it is an English basement apartment, so it does have natural sunlight coming in. There are 2 split HVAC units so you have full control of the heat and A/C to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. In addition, we've provided a space heater, humidifier, fan, iron/ironing board, and pack and play in the unit for your comfort and convenience.

Access to patio with table and chairs, outside gas grill, dedicated parking space. (Parking is extremely difficult in this neighborhood).

Neighborhood overview
Capitol Hill is one of the hottest, most cosmopolitan neighborhoods in Denver, well-known as a haven for artists, politicos, and hipsters alike. There are numerous restaurants, clubs, bars, stores, concert venues, and other cultural amenities in the community. Has multiple concert venues (The Fillmore Auditorium, The Ogden Theater, The Bluebird Theater, 1Up Colfax), and numerous late-night bars, coffeeshops, restaurants, and independent stores. During the day, lobbyists and politicians from the Colorado State Capitol can be seen making deals in the restaurants and bars of the neighborhood.
Capitol Hill is located between two major Denver parks: Civic Center Park and Cheesman Park. Both locations are meeting hubs for the community; they host many festivals throughout the summer/fall months, including fireworks for Independence Day, Taste of Colorado, Pride Festival, Parade of Lights, and more.
Getting around
Bus stops near by. Lots of Ubers available at any time. 1.5 miles to Union Station.
