House Rules

The owner lives downstairs and has a sweet Yorkshire terrier. You are welcome to use the patio and yard but please make sure the gates are closed and secured.

Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

The space
This charming single level house has been newly renovated and updated. It features comfortable furnishings and cotton bedding. It is professionally managed, and we take great pride in providing an upscale, thoughtfully designed space for our guests' maximum comfort.

Dedicated work station- with high speed internet and monitor provided for your convenience. Enjoy all of your binge-worthy programs on the 55” Smart TV.

The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, with a soft pillow top mattress, luxurious cotton bedding that will make it easy to want to linger a little longer and hit your snooze button. The closet is stocked with an extra blanket and pillows, ample hangers and a luggage rack for your convenience.

In the bathroom, we’ve provided a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, light up makeup mirror, and plush towels, so no need to over-pack!

The second bedroom comes complete with a queen bed and memory foam mattress topper with luxurious cotton bedding, luggage rack and spacious shelving for your personal belongings.

The sparkling newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, dishes, flatware, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, blender, tea kettle and more to whip up a gourmet meal. Gleaming quartz countertops and island to prep and eat your meals.

Charming shared back yard space with veggie gardens and patio with a fire pit and hammock.

The owner lives in a separate apartment downstairs. You are welcome to use the outdoor space and patio--please be sure to close the gates and check that they are secured. The owner has a sweet Yorkshire Terrier that uses the outdoor space throughout the day.

Neighborhood overview
West Highland is one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Denver, and is one of the best places to live in Colorado. There are a lot of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks, and bike lanes. Located just 5 short blocks to Highlands Square--shops, bars.restaurants, breweries and Farmer's Market every Sunday May-Oct. It's a residential neighborhood--the peaceful feel of the suburbs with the convenience of being close to all of Denver's attractions and mountains. With convenience and easy access to everywhere you'd want to go, this charmer sits on a relatively busy street but still very residential. One mile to Sloan's Lake, 3.5 miles to Coors Field, 10 blocks to Regis University and just 15 minutes to downtown.
Getting around
Lyfts and Ubers are readily available but you do have a free dedicated parking spot. Please park in the first driveway on the left off of the alley between Clyde and 37th. Your entrance is the front of the house, facing Lowell.
There is 2 hour street parking in front of the house, but overnight parking isn't recommended, as there are street cleanings, etc.
